Okay, that's enough with the cliche' quotes! :) But seriously, these first two months as a mommy have been wonderful!! Unfortunately it feels like they have passed in the blink of an eye! Craig and my favorite nightly activity is to watch the most beautiful baby in the world sleep! Cambria manages to cuddle into the MOST adorable sleeping positions! She is so much fun to cuddle up with, as anyone will tell you! One of her favorite places, not featured in the gallery below, to nuzzle up into is the place where the arm meets the torso. That's right friends!!!! Cambria nuzzles right into your armpit! I don't know what exactly she finds so appealing. So far it seems to happen more with women than men! It is really cute! But it feels like she is trying to dive out of your arms! So, if it happens to you, keep a good hold on my baby girl! She is already stronger than you'd expect!! :)

Two to three times a week I come into our room to find Craig smiling down at his baby girl as she sleeps. Watching her do anything is his favorite past time, but Sleeping is definitely at the top of that list!
When Daddy is watching football or doing his homework, he builds these little nest to keep Cambria safe. She isn't rolling over yet, so we can set her down pretty much anywhere, but sometimes she slowly slides down the side of whatever is keeping her up! The nest helps with that! Also, if she is cold, daddy will cover her up with one of the corners! ** Side note** She is usually dressed!
Oh, beautiful girl! How we love to see your smile! Nothing makes Mommy and Daddy happier than to see you smile!
I'm glad you addressed the clothing issue. Although Arizona is a warm place, modesty is still important. Hahahahah! Did you ever find that pink Japanese style thing I was talking about?

ReplyDeleteSo Jon was holding Paxton on his lap the other day while I was getting dinner ready. Out of nowhere I hear him say, "Oh look Pax, thats a sexy pic of Cambria". Haha, he was looking at your blog and showed Pax the 2nd pic of her with her arms behind her head. Pax always smiles when we show him pictures of her. Thought that would make you smile too :) Miss you!
